Admission and Health Requirements
The Ministry of Public Health Kuwait (School Health Department) has the following health policy for admitting students to school in Kuwait.
New Students require a full medical examination at a Health Center designated by the Ministry of Health. A letter of introduction will be supplied by the school admissions office. (See the attached list of approved clinics)
Having completed this examination you will be issued with the following documents;
- Kuwait School Health Record
- BCG Pink Card.
- Current Vaccination Records approved by the examining doctor.
Students who are transferring from another school within Kuwait should obtain their medical records from their previous school and submit them to the School Administration Department (Admissions Office).
Health History Form:
This form should be completed on admission and updated when necessary throughout the school year.
Emergency Information Forms:
These forms should be completed annually and renewed in the event of a change of address or emergency contact person.
