Ramadan Around the World

This is a spectacular night held on the third Wednesday in the holy month of Ramadan. Each grade level in the school represents a country, casting light on the different ways that people celebrate Ramadan. Parents and guests are invited to enjoy the taste of different foods prepared by students and their families. There is informative material about the Ramadan and how it is celebrated in different countries.

This evening is an excellent opportunity for UAS families, students and teachers to come together and socialize, all in the celebration of Ramadan.

Carnival

The Carnival is the most important and biggest event of the year, where teachers, students, and the administration come together to raise funds for the school. Parents and students enjoy a day filled with games, prizes, and giveaways. The Carnival is always held in the month of April.

Sports Day

Sports Day is held at a club, where the students compete and enjoy the day out in the sun. The school enjoys a day out, filled with many contests, games and competitions. At the end of the day, awards are given out to the winners.

School Barbecues

The senior class organizes all aspects of the barbecue, in order to raise funds for their graduation. The barbecue, the burgers and the music provide a pleasant atmosphere for students to socialize and have fun.

Gurgain Party

This is held for the Kindergarten students where the school Director passes out sweets and presents, and enjoys the morning with the youngsters. This is the Arabic equivalent to Halloween.
