The Universal American School is pleased to announce that it’s 2008-2009 academic year will begin Aug 24, 2008.                          The Registration and tuition fees are:

(1)     If my child is accepted in this school I agree to pay the full requested tuition fees. Failing to do so  the  school has the right to take the necessary actions to collect the required tuition. This includes preventing my child from attending classes. I understand that UAS does not accept payment by credit card and has the right to reject payments by personal cheques.

(2)     I am aware that re-enrollment/enrollment in the school is for one full academic year. I understand that the tuition fees will not be refunded in full or part after the student has completed his re-enrollment/enrollment and is accepted by the school.

(3)   Students  transferring  from other schools will pay the tuition fees from the date they join the school.  Based on the full

        calculation of the quarter in which the student joined.

 (4)   Students who are accepted and admitted must pay the required deposit to be officially registered in the school records.

        If the student joins the school after August 15. he/she is required to pay the full first installment.

(5)     New accepted students will pay KD.100/- registration fee (not refunduble) + KD.350/- reservation fee will be credited to the tuition.

(6)     Students withdrawing during the first semester will still have to pay the full tuition fees for the  entire semester.

       Students withdrawing during the second semester will pay the full tuition for the whole year.

(7)     To reserve a seat for the next academic year there is a deposit payable of  KD. 350/- for each student. This amount  must be paid when submitting the (Re-Enrollment Form) which should be done before April 1st 2008. The school will not be responsible to secure a seat for students re-enrolling or registering after the mentioned dates. This amount will be credited to the tuition fees. The student is not considered enrolled or registered in the school before this amount is paid in full.

(8)     In case of withdrawal before August 1 , 2008, the school will deduct K.D. 100/- from the deposit,  Failure to submit the withdrawal form, to the Business Office before August 1, 2008, will result in no refund.
