  • Activities Office is responsible for coordinating the times with the schools for photographing the students
  • Activities Office is responsible for sending out a letter informing the students of picture day
  • Teachers’ responsibility to take the students to the multi – purpose room or the auditorium for pictures, please be informed that you need to be punctual in order not to run behind schedule (Location will be announced at a later date)
