• Teachers that are conducting an activity which they see should be recognized within the community.
• Teachers must provide Activities Office with photographs and brief description of their activity in order to be recognized through media coverage
• Activities Office responsibility to find the appropriate media establishment to publish the article
• The Activities office will inform the teacher of when and where the article will be publicized
