Night at the Library – KG and E.S Book week 2018

29 Oct, 2018

Tuesday, October 23rd, we celebrated our largest crowd ever for, “Night at the Library”!  It was a spectacular turnout where parents, students, teachers and administrators enjoyed creating lasting memories around fun reading memories.  Some of the highlights were the kazoos they made with Ms. Gretchen Mitchell, the face painting with Ms. Sharon and Ms. Hadia, cookie decorating (and eating!) and the always popular, “Chalk Wall” where many ideas were put into pictures!  We cannot express how happy we were to see so many parents participating in this evening with their children and hope that they enjoyed the event as much as we did!

“K-G and Elementary had an exciting Book Week.  On Pajama day students came to school very comfy with flashlights and books in hand. Night at the Library was a big success with nearly 300 students in attendance. We ended the week dressing up as our favorite book characters. There were many great activities in the classrooms all week.”
